    Key Responsibilities:
    a. Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, enhance
    market position, and achieve company objectives.
    b. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats,
    and industry trends.
    c. Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define strategic
    priorities and align them with operational plans.
    d. Analyse business performance data to identify areas for improvement and strategic
    investment.
    e. Prepare and present detailed business plans, reports, and recommendations to the
    executive team.
    f. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments
    as necessary.
    g. Identify and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to support
    business growth.
    h. Foster a culture of strategic thinking and innovation across the organization.
    i. Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging
    technologies in the recycling and sustainability sectors.
    g. Support fundraising efforts by providing strategic insights and contributing to investor presentations.

     

    Qualifications:
    a. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related
    field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
    b. Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or
    management consulting, preferably in the recycling, renewable energy, or related
    industry.
    c. Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
    d. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    e. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    f. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
    g. Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
    h. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Accounts Manager

    Experience- +5 Year

    Job Description:

    The Accounts Manager will oversee the financial operations of the factory, ensuring accurate
    financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management. This role
    requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage
    multiple financial tasks efficiently.


    Key Responsibilities:

     Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.


     Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets for various departments.
    • Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.


    Accounts Payable and Receivable:

    • Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
    • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.


    Compliance and Auditing:

    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
    • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.


    Payroll Management:

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee and
    manage the daily operations of our recycling plant. The successful candidate will be
    responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality
    and safety and leading a team of production staff in achieving our operational goals.


    Key Responsibilities:
    a. Plan, organize and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and timely
    recycling operations.
    b. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and
    meeting production targets.
    c. Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance
    efficiency and productivity.
    d. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company
    policies.
    e. Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and
    ensure the smooth operation of equipment.
    f. Train, supervise and motivate production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and
    continuous improvement.
    g. Implement quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality recycled
    materials.
    h. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with the
    procurement team as needed.
    i. Analyse production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and
    support decision-making.
    j. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and
    reduce costs.
    k. He/she should have the core knowledge of Hydro-Metallurgy process.

    Qualifications:
    a. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field. A
    Master's degree is a plus.
    b. Minimum 3-8 years of experience in production management, preferably in the
    recycling or manufacturing industry.
    c. Proven track record of managing production operations and leading teams in a fast-
    paced environment.
    d. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control and safety regulations.
    e. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    f. Proficiency in production management software.
    g. Ability to analyse data, solve problems and make informed decisions.

  • Sourcing & Purchase Manager

    Experience- 4+ years

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sourcing & Purchase Manager to lead our
    sourcing and procurement activities. As a critical member of our team, you will develop and
    implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and ensure the timely and cost-
    effective acquisition of materials essential for our recycling processes.


    Key Responsibilities:
    a.  Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for lithium-ion battery
    recycling materials.
    b. Identify, evaluate and establish relationships with suppliers to meet quality, cost and
    delivery requirements.
    c. Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers, ensuring optimal terms for
    Rebat.
    d. Manage and monitor supplier performance, conducting regular reviews and audits to
    ensure compliance and performance standards.
    e. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, quality assurance)
    to streamline procurement processes.
    f. Stay informed on market trends and conditions to make data-driven purchasing
    decisions.
    g. Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and
    sustainability standards.
    h. Analyse and report on key sourcing and purchasing metrics to drive continuous
    improvement.
    i. Innovate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
    in the procurement process.

    Qualifications:
    a. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related
    field; Master's degree preferred.
    b. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain
    management, with a preference for experience in the recycling or manufacturing
    industry.
    c. Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate favourable contracts.
    d. In-depth understanding of lithium-ion battery materials and recycling processes.
    e. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    f. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    g. Proficiency in sourcing software.
